Florida State Legislature Special Session

The Florida State Legislature has convened a special session which begins November 16, 2010 at 3:00P.M. There are a number potential veto overrides and some other items of concern for the Legislature to discuss. - HB 981- Agriculture

- HB 1516 State-Owned Lands

- HB 1565 - Rulemaking

- HB 5603 - Department of Financial Services

- Health Care Appropriation: Shands

- HB 569 – Landfill

- H8 1385 - Petroleum Site Clean Up

- S8 1842 - Transportation Projects

- H8 5611 - Review of Department of Management Services Under the Florida Government

Accountability Act

In addition, they will discuss “potential solutions to other items of concern” on the following topics:

- Septic Tank Evaluation Program

- HVAC and Solar Rebates

- MEDICAID MEMORIAL
